| This is a genuine problem we the parents now had to face bypassing Dowry rules. Think Tanks of the Government may kindly like to see and do some thing so that this can be stopped. Incidentally it will not be out of place to mention that the undersigned had to face a similar trouble which was brought out at this group & others on 18-11-2010 in detal for information of all concerned. Biswas this issue is being brought to your notice so that awareness to general public is made and suitable action initiated by the government to discourage / stopped as this may lead to so many complications in social life in future.
"New style of demanding “DOWRY”. No demand for ‘Dowry’ at the time of marriage. After marriage when new couple blessed with a baby – started demanding 10 – 15 lakes towards security, education etc. for the new born child. ‘DOWRY’ i.e. Old wine in new bottle is becoming another social problems needs public awareness so that it is stopped."
