It is to point out that each every time CAO / BSNL / ALIPORE have put this Sr.Citizen, Paralyzed Disabled can’t move out side for whatsoever purpose, in trouble and rectify every items point out to the knowledge to higher administrative of BSNL. You may kindly see from the bill statement placed at Attachment as well as from other correspondences made available at Attachment that in earlier occasion under instruction from your office CGM/Kolkata Telephones cleared up almost all the irregular, erroneous elements done by CAO / BSNL / Alipore and allowed some facilities to this Sr.Citizen, Disabled. Documents made available to you presently will speak for itself. Bill amount to be paid as per fixed charges was also made by CGM’s office and this can be seen that an amount of fixed charges of Rs, 662/- was being paid as per department’s bill from 07.01.2010 up to 07.02.2011. All on a sudden CAO started deducting late bill charges most unnecessarily. When countered they had refunded and started billing an extra amount of Rs.120/ towards fixed telephone charges. Broad Band holders get free telephone with out fixed charges from 01-04-2009 but CAO REINTRODUCED CHARGING ME STATING THAT I OPTED FIXED CHARGES FROM 04-07-2007. When I had to opt that time separate rules were there. However the matter were taken into consideration by CGM and accordingly bills made excluding fixed telephone charges. To put this disabled in trouble time and again CAO creates trouble and had to refund the amount deducted erroneously but do not repay the ST deducted. Under the circumstance you are requested to do needful and refund the fixed charges for telephone and oblige. It is however needs be placed on record that CAO / BSNL / Alipore used to create troubles in differently each and every time intentionally to harass a Sr. Citizen, Paralyzed Disabled cannot move out side for any purpose although CGM have sympathy for me.
