my letter mentioned dared 24.10.2015. Position and actions explained vide
letter mentioned above stand good on date and as such question of any further
payment for a dead telephone cannot arise. For payment of Telephone bill sent
corrected bill immediately as intimated to you. Do not except any payment of
bill for a dead telephone or wrong bill drawn up.
For early action & payment of
Telephone bill you are required to send corrected telephone bill as already
intimated. Incidentally it is mentioned that due to neglect, misbehavior of
BSNL Company to an aged Paralyzed Disabled can’t move outside I have disconnected Broad Band internet
connection on 30.6.2015 which is which is within the knowledge & accepted
by CGM / Kolkata Telephones.

made that 24026000 not working as per your SMS DC-BSNLDC dated
17.09.2015 is not rectified & till not working. Can u say why I am
required to pay bill for a dead telephone?
It
is seen that you have charged an additional
amount of Rs.300/- as one time charges. No further charge is payable by
me and
as such you please correct the bill reducing 300/- [Wrongly charged as
you are in a habit of doing such as per proven record] immediately and
send at the earliest for payment.
Please note that in the event no corrected bill is received NO PAYMENT
WILL BE
MADE.
What has happened to refund of SDs against BB
Connection. Scheduled time for making refund is going to be over shortly.
Incidentally I am a Paralyzed Disable Can’t move outside and as such cannot
attend any office and papers required have already verified by you.

You are
requested to refer the above said letters wherein it was clearly pointed out
that CAO / Alipore has neglecting orders of CGM/Kolkata and stopped the
relaxations ordered forcefully. The entire issue & all other issues
mentioned at different letters to CGM/ Kolkata- stands NO RESULT AT ALL.
In view of the
fact that that Harassment, Ignorance/neglect & mis behavior to an old aged
paralyzed disabled, who can’t move outside till continued by CAO/Alipore &
BSNL, I have decided to discontinue to have BSNL Broad Band Connection
(2420-6000) w.e.f 30-06-2015. Broad Band
Connection should be disconnected on & from 30-06-2015, as a mark of protest to AGED DISABLED
PERSONS. It may please be noted that in view of above stand any bill drawn
beyond 30-06-2015 in respect of Broad Band connection of
phone No.24026000 will not be entertained. Since the undersigned is an extreme
paralyzed disabled as narrated above cannot move out side, this be treated as
formal notice. Please refer to my mail dated 22-01-2014 (See Attachment) and return Security
Deposit held for Broad Band within scheduled time frame to close BB chapter.

cooperation & sympathy shown / rendered to this aged extreme Disabled by
Dr. S.K. Chakroborty CGM/Kolkata, Sri. K.C.Ghose, Sr. General Manager, South
& Sri. B. Naskar CAO during their interaction with u/s is admitted, and

Sir The W/O for disconnection of Broadband service against T/F No 24026000 has been issued vide no 13125735423 will be effective on 30.06.2015 afternoon only . Hence the case may be treated as closed .
