Recommendation of Hon.Governor & SJE Ministry unattended months after months by offices...

Kind attention is invited to the under noted case out standing with government department for a long time. In case the department is absolutely Disabled to help a "Sr. Citizen, Disabled, right side of body fully paralyzed but can only operate compute with unusual left hand to communicate rest part of world in connection with social welfare work to old aged disability & disabled, cannot move out side with out an escort" may inform accordingly. Incidentally there exists no specific rule framed for 'OLD AGED DISABLED PERSONS' & as such pleas will not stand in view of recommendation made by Hon. Governor / W.B and Ministry of SJE. I am sure you will agree with me that wasting time for months / years together will serve no purpose to a disabled, paralyzed (entire right side of body), Sr.Citizen during remaining part of life. It will be better; DISABILITY on your part to provide help to a DISABLED PERSON as recommended by Governor & Ministry of SJE / India may be communicated at the earliest. Feel free to communicate your total DISABILITY. Non availability of rules in this regard will not stand since there exists no rules for Old Aged Disabled persons except relief of income tax applicable to a negligible PWDs of the country.

Kind attention is invited to letters quoted above. The present issue is pending for another 2 months i.e. 16 + 2 = total 18 months with out any positive action.



However in case of disability / inability by the Government to help a poor Sr.Citizen (67yrs), Disabled (60%) right side of body fully paralyzed, cannot move out side but can only operate computer with unusual left hand to communicate rest part of universe in connection with betterment of old aged disability & disabled persons, recommended by both SJE Ministry and Governor of West Bengal, may kindly be communicated as request made vide concluding para of letter dated 30-10-2010 (Attachment).
