SO LONG WE THE SBI ATM CARD HOLDERS ADVISED BY ATM BANK AUTHORITY TO KEEP THE PIN NUMBER OF SBI CARD SECRET SO THAT NONE CAN USE THE ATM CARD UNAUTHORIZED.

TO DAY SOME ONE CONTACTED ME OVER MOBILE AND WANTED TO RENEW MY CARD AS A PERIODICAL CHECK UP BY BANK AUTHORITY. BECAUSE I AM A PARALYZED DISABLED PERSON[PWD] & CANNOT MOVE OUTSIDE FOR WHATSOEVER PURPOSE WANTED ATM CARD NO FOR UP DATING [NOT SECRET PIN NO] AS SOON AS 16 DIGIT CARD NO PROVIDED TO HIM HE IMMEDIATELY TRANSFERRED ENTIRE AMOUNT FROM MY ATM CARD. INCIDENTALLY IT IS UNDERSTOOD THAT SIMILAR THING HAPPENED TO SOME OTHER SBI ATM CARD HOLDERS RECENTLY BY SOME MISCREANTS.

THE ENTIRE ISSUE HAS BEEN BROUGHT TO THE NOTICE OF BANK AUTHORITY OF MY PENSION DISBURSEMENT BANKER -STATE BANK OF INDIA, TNT STUDIO BRANCH,TOLLYGUNGE, KOLKATA-40. IT IS EXPECTED THAT BANK AUTHORITY WILL TAKE SUITABLE NECESSARY ACTION AS THEY DEEM FIT TO PROTECT INTEREST OF CUSTOMERS.
