Thanks for revision of the determination age of Sr.Citizen as 60 for male & 58 for women during placement of Budget for 11-12 (Rlys). Incidentally I am a Sr. Citizen (66+), Disabled (60%) right side of body fully paralyzed and cannot move out side with out an escort and my wife a Sr. Citizen (60+) is a sickly patient suffering from acute asthma for past 35/40 yrs. Madam you are available at fb, twitter etc and as such request copy is being placed there for your ready reference & remembrance. No copy of this letter being endst to GM/M.R /Kol since mail ID does not work probably abolished.

Considering the acute constraints brought to your knowledge by this oldest member of your railway family, I like to request you to kindly approve my prayer by allowing my attendant / escort to travel along with us against my complementary1st class pass(self & wife only) as a special case on humanitarian grounds to extreme disabled & Sr. Citizens.

I am sure you will agree with me that wasting time for months / years together will serve no purpose to a disabled, paralyzed (entire right side of body), Sr.Citizen during remaining part of life. It will be better; DISABILITY on your part to provide help to a DISABLED PERSON as recommended by Governor & Ministry of SJE / India may be communicated at the earliest. Feel free to communicate your total DISABILITY. Non availability of rules in this regard will not stand since there exists no rules for Old Aged Disabled persons except relief of income tax applicable to a negligible PWDs of the country.
